The Election is Over – Now What?

November 19, 2020
9:00 am

This election season has been extra stressful for everyone – we’ve been flooded with campaign information for months, while trying to survive the pandemic.

The last day for voting is November 3rd, but we may not know the results of all of the races until days or even weeks later. This is part of our democratic process but may still cause us stress.

What is in our Jewish toolbox to help us transverse these challenging times?
Rabbi Starr will be hosting a virtual drop in to provide a space for people to share their concerns and fears.

     – What will happen while we wait for results?

     – What will happen when the results are announced?

     – What will happen between then and Inauguration Day?

     – Are we safe in general? Are we safe as Jews?

This will be an opportunity for you to share your election concerns, feel support from your CJC community and hear what others are doing to support themselves emotionally during this time.
