Chapter 2 Benjamin Banneker Park and Museum

We are going to Benjamin Banneker Park and Museum in Oella, Baltimore County. We will have a Naturalist lead tour of the cabin and out-buildings at 11:00 am, after which we will the learn about Benjamin Banneker’s life and times through artifacts in the museum. We will then proceed to Main Street, Ellicott City (around 1:00pm) for lunch at the Market Garden Cafe and shopping/exploring.

For those who would like to share rides, please plan to meet at the OMI parking lot at 10:00 am. We should all meet at the Benjamin Banneker parking lot no later than 10:45am.

Please let Charlene Levine know if you will be joining us as she needs a head count for the naturalist tour and seating for lunch.
