DESCRIPTION:\nThis year’s Holocaust Memorial Service in Howard County wil
 l feature a powerful and moving program presented in partnership with Teac
 h The Shoah\, an international organization dedicated to challenging ignor
 ance and hate through testimony-based storytelling that fosters meaningful
  personal connections to the history and lessons of the Holocaust.\nThe th
 eme of this year’s program is “Teach The Shoah: Telling the Stories of
  the Holocaust to Keep the Memories Alive.”\nDuring the service\, we wil
 l hear from three local storytellers—second\, third\, and fourth generat
 ion descendants of Holocaust survivors—who will share the stories of the
 ir loved ones in the first person\, bringing these powerful experiences to
  life in a deeply personal way.\nPresenters include:\n\n\n 	\nDylan\, a fo
 urth-generation descendant\, sharing the story of his great-grandmother an
 d her experiences during the Holocaust\n\n 	\nAlison\, a third-generation 
 descendant\, recounting the story of her grandmother\n\n 	\nDr. David Halp
 ern\, a second-generation survivor\, telling the story of his mother’s f
 ight for survival\n\n\nThese moving first-person narratives help listeners
  connect deeply with the individuals behind the history—ensuring their v
 oices\, experiences\, and memories continue to resonate with future genera
