Bridges to Housing Stability is an organization whose mission is to prevent homelessness by providing services and advocacy for Howard County households. The Chili Cook Off brings Howard County Congregations together to raise awareness and support to prevent homelessness and increase affordable housing.  CJC has proudly participated contestant for the past 8 years.
