In Pirkei Avot 3:2 we are commanded to “pray for the welfare of the government.” This is a rabbinic way of acknowledging the importance of governing with compassion, justice and intelligence.
Please join us election day for a virtual Shacharit service filled with prayer, niggunim, song and kavanot reminding us of our civic duty to participate in our democracy.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the service.
