Shabbat Evening Service

This Friday night, CJC is celebrating Refugee Shabbat with congregations all over the world.  This Shabbat observance is sponsored by HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society), the  organization that has helped generations of Jewish and non-Jewish immigrants since 1881.  Sebastian Brown, ACLU staffer, will briefly discuss immigrant rights priorities before the Maryland state legislature this session.
