“Rejoicing with the Torah

That’s the meaning of the Hebrew words Simchat Torah.  This is the super special holiday where we read the last 3 and first 3 verses from the Torah, completing the cycle of Torah readings; another year of learning from our sacred text and applying its lessons to our own lives. Please join Rabbi Sonya Starr, Cantor Benjamin Kintisch and the CJC family as we un-roll and re-roll the Torah, dance, sing, celebrate, and give thanks for this enduring gift. Oh, and enjoy caramel apples!
